Hello, I am back with another post.

In this post I will reveal a bit of my plans since I restarted pen spinning on last October.

1. Forming a revival team
   
   Forming a team is easy but how to maintain the teamwork is the key. Initially we formed this team to share ideas on how to restart the community again. The team consists of me (Aiman), Xelphire, PepperEggs and Nick. But currently PepperEggs are busy with his grad school and Nick is busy with his work. The only people left at the time being are me and Xelphire. Now our plan is to revamp MYPSC with new look while actively searching for local spinners. At time of writing, I can say our hard work paid off but we are far from done.
   
   
2. Finding any Malaysia Pen Spinner through every medium possible 
   
   What I can see in today's trend, spinners are using Instagram as the medium to showcase their talents and videos. Of course, some of them are using Youtube as one of the medium but with Instagram, it is easier to find people. Other than Instagram, the other mediums that I used to find out local spinners is from this Facebook group, Reddit and some Discord group. These helped me a lot.
   
   After searching hard for around months, we managed to get in contact with some Malaysian pen spinners from UPSB and new pen spinners.
   
   
3. 6th Malaysia Pen Spinning Community (MYPSC) Collaboration Video
   
   MYPSC CV is supposed to be our yearly Collaboration Video. To make things simple, it's a compilation video. Basically spinners will submit their combo videos to the organizer and the organizer will edit the video by himself or have the editor to edit the video. If you wonder how collaboration video looks like, you can refer to my previous post.
   
   This year, I am organizing our 6th national collaboration videos. It is expected to be released on Independence Day (31st August) or on Malaysia Day (16th September). I don't have much plans or concept regarding the video but the video will be comprising of old generations and new generations of Malaysia pen spinners. Stay tuned for the video!
   
   
4. Malaysia Tournament and Beginner Tournament
   
   I think our numbers for the time being is small to organize a tournament. But I hope that I can organize a small scale tournament among ourselves. But if we are unable to achieve this yet during this first year of revival, I can postpone this event to a later date. It is not like I am rushing anyway.
   
   Beginner Tournament:
   This tournament is targeting pen spinner who have spinning experience of under two years. This is their battlefield to showcase their skills among their peers who started around the same time.
   
   Malaysia Tournament:
   This is the main tournament in our community. Everyone regardless of spinning skills is able to join to compete among each other to be crowned as Malaysia Champion of the year. 

I guess these are my main plans for my community in 2020. I don't have much expectations other than gathering local pen spinners so that we can revive this hobby again.
